This facility upgrade added additional storage in the form of a new jump form concrete tank.
A truck receiving pit and truck load out was also added at this time. A new receiving leg was installed to service the entire facility.
The jump form concrete tank uses a Kanal bin unloading system that also serves as an aeration system.
An upper fill conveyor was added to the tank and connected to existing equipment located on top of the existing bin.
The truck load out system utilizes a Schuld/Bushnell 5,000 bushel overhead load out bin located above the new truck receiving pit.
HABCO fabricated spouting connects the entire facility together.
